Since the last time I wrote something on here, I've come down with all three illnesses listed in the title (including the cabin fever-itis -- seriously). I've been feeling sick for almost two weeks now and I thought I could shake it off with my old combo of Sudafed, a netti pot and Mucinex. Turns out... that doesn't always work. Moreover, if I would have waited a few days longer to go to the doctor... I would have had pneumonia. (Gasp!) I'm a bad girl for waiting, I know. It has been a CRAZY week at work though and, literally, I had no time in my week to do anything but go to work and come home. Such a week probably considerably contributed to the decline of my health since I couldn't rest but now that I'm written out of work til Wednesday, ho hum, I guess I will rest now per doctor's orders. How did I become such a workaholic?
Anyway, before all these crazy sicknesses settled into my body, I chopped my hair off! YAY! I took a good three or four inches off the length. A cute, inverted angled bob. (Which might be Latin to some of you and might be a great visual to others.) I think the last time I had it this short I was about 22ish? No, wait. 24? Oh, I don't know. Suffice it to say that it's been a while.
So normally at this point I would post pictures of said cute haircut, but since I feel all blah and sickly, you will have to wait. Sorry. No pictures of me being sick right now. No bueno.
Hmm... oh! I have started my own little photography shop on Etsy. Just some of my favorite pictures to share with the rest of the world (for a nominal price, of course. You can't blame me for being a little entrepreneurial in today's economy. How else am I gonna make enough money on the side to keep up my purses and shoes habit?). I've always loved to take pictures. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. And, of course, I will add more photos throughout the next few weeks.
Well, that's all for now. The dogs all say "hello" from their respective napping spots. Maybe I should go join them...Sickly people need naps you know.

Yes overwork will definitely weaken your immunity and both lead to illness and to slow recovery from illness. That is a nice photo there.
